Consultative Document: Proposals for the Health and Safety (Miscellaneous Amendments) Regulations

This consultative document is issued by the Health and Safety Commission in compliance with its duty to consult, under Section 50(3) of the Health and Safety at Work etc Act 1974. This requires the Commission to consult appropriate organisations before submitting proposals for making Regulations under the Act.

The Health and Safety (Display Screen Equipment) Regulations 1992
The Manual Handling Operations Regulations 1992
The Personal Protective Equipment at Work Regulations 1992
The Workplace (Health, Safety and Welfare) Regulations 1992
The Provision and Use of Work Equipment Regulations 1998,
The Lifting Operations and Lifting Equipment Regulations 1998; and
The Quarries Regulations 1999
